That is not always true about girls. They can be mean and controlling.
my friend does that. she acts all delicate, sugar and spice and all things nice. guys just fawn over her. she’s a “little darling” to them. whenever anyone else tries that uh no, it’s just not the done thing. so yes and no. then again it usually is just a manipulative technique. if the girl is naturally sweet then guys might like that.
